Hotel Risi

“We spent an amazing two nights at the Hotel Risi. Ideally located close to the ferry terminal and with bars and restaurants in close proximity. We had an amazing room no.308 which over looked the lake. Our room was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A lovely buffet breakfast, with polite and attentive staff. This is a stunning traditional Italian hotel in an amazing location. Please don’t change a thing, the rooms the decor, everything is just what you would wish for if you want to visit Italy. If you want a modern, bland, techy hotel, go and stay on the beach or in the city but here on the banks of Lake Como you want to feel like you belong somewhere special and at Hotel Risi you certainly do.”

“Fabulous hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and varied with fruit, bread, cheese, meat and pasties. Location is lakeside and next to the ferry terminal. There are bars and restaurants within a minutes walk. The views are spectacular. If you want a calm relaxed place to stay this fits the bill. Finally the staff are really friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them.”

“The hotel has a great location and nice staff. Breakfast is included with a nice assortment, however there is no other food serverd here for lunch or dinner. The spa is quaint but only has a sauna and steam room. Perfect for a couple of nights and everything is walking distance.”

“This hotel was amazing! We were not supposed to stay in Lake Como and we booked last minute and ended up staying 2 nights since it was so good! The views from the room were amazing, the location is perfect, the breakfast was the best we had in Europe with plenty of Gluten Free options. We spent some time in the sauna which was so fun. We had a delicious drink at the bar and they gave us ao many complementary delicious snacks. We dined at the hotel restaurant one night and it was delicious. Can't believe we paid so little for such a complete experience!”

“Honestly had the best stay during my visit in Colico. They have the best view of the lake and nearby boat rental. The service is fantastic and the hosts are so accommodating. Restaurant serves great food also.”
